An extremely good whiskey for the price. The bottling I'm trying was picked by Master Distiller Brent Elliott and was only available at the distillery. It is a lovely chocolate covered cherry bomb. Very little oak, but some nice toffee notes. Not a complex offering but very enjoyable.

Welcome back :-). I stopped following you as you dropped off a cliff for nearly a year. Refollowing and looking forward to distillery updates!
Printzhof & Holm, possibly a bit stuffy. Printzhof is to honor the first woman to be a licensed distiller in America, Armegot Printz A Swede, who owned a house called Printzhof. Holm because we are loced in Stockholm. Holm means islet in Swedish.

Not there yet, but getting closer. Have two partners and the project has grown considerably. Also, started a yeast company. 😀
