Tasted alongside Old Forrester Statesman and Jim Beam Black Extra Aged. Dull nose, oak with a slight chocolate note. Smooth flavor that is on the sweeter side, expands quickly. Some vanilla, back end finishes with roasted corn. No strong oak presence. Shorter finish. Least favorite of the three. Nothing offensive about the flavor profile, but nothing jumping out as noteworthy either. A decent introductory bourbon that would be in a first flight recommendation for others, but more of a mixer for me.
