very subtle coffee flavor on the after taste. hints of caramel and vanilla. very smooth. it could be a little crisper, but the overall flavor is very good. the coffee isn't overpowering and adds a really nice finish to it.

FYI there is no coffee used in the production. The name Coffey is a reference to the column stills that the whiskey is produced from. It's a 90% corn and 10% malt.
