On the nose I get softly sweet agave, faint wood smoke, grapefruit peel citrus and fresh cut wood. - To the palate it starts dry, develops some white pepper and chili spiciness with a hint of salt leading into fresh citrus juice, sweet vanilla, wood and then smoke. - The finish is quite smoky as it lingers in the mouth with a tingle of pepper, then faint sour fruit and savory wood.
