Trying this again, my first sip was surprisingly sweet. Getting through more of the bottle, I get orange up front, and a lot of wood, vanilla, caramel, and cinnamon. Actually pretty drinkable considering the abv. Adding water makes it a little less sweet (which I prefer). I will say I hate the stupid fake cork. Way to hard to open the bottle and you inevitably get some of the wax in your glass.
