Most bourbon is frankly pretty boring to me, but that's because I don't really enjoy sweet whiskey in general. Noah's Mill is one of the only bourbons that has really caught me off guard and blown me away. It has a deep, dark taste to it, like a mahogany chest. Despite being high-proof, it's balanced and pleasing to the tongue. Really fantastic dram.
