Tasted 11/4/18 at brother in law’s house. From the get go there was a strong ethanol smell that continued right in to the palate and continued through the finish. This is a very spicy scotch especially since it is on;y 46%. I appreciate that this is finish in Pedro Ximenez casks for a short time.
