7/23/10 barrel 13 (aged 7 years 4 months). Really just a standard bourbon. Red apples, cinnamon, clove, brown sugar. A bit of a oak barrel bite on the finish. A bit watery and medium-high sweetness. Could benefit from being closer to cask strength. The price point is good however for a 7 year+ bourbon from a single barrel. Would be good as a gift for someone who likes some of the common bourbons like Jack Daniels or Jim Beam. A lot better out there for the aficionados / collectors however.
