Standard OBSV recipe, warehouse DN, barrel 34-2K. Very complex. The nose is sugar and cherries with a little chocolate, and I feel like I smell a more-than-normal amount of alcohol. The notable thing about smelling the alcohol is that I really don't taste it. There's some warming in my mouth after drinking it, but it's surprisingly not prevalent. The texture is creamy and coating. The taste is cherries and cinnamon. I find the spiciness to be far less than the Distiller graph might indicate. A slight oakiness is prevalent in the background.
