My star rating is based on the taste and experience alone, for the price, it is a great value and something I will probably always have on hand. I would have to disagree with others that say this is not complex, each time I try this I find myself discovering new things that I hadn’t tasted the previous time. It is like a citrusy slightly sweet sea breeze and has a good long finish. The peat is there but I find myself really searching to find it. The scotch itself stands out way more than its label!
