Nose is fruit and vanilla. I thought it had spent some time in a bourbon cask. But the sherry is their in abundance Palate is rich and fruity with a small amount of spice. Quick a thick chew to the mouth not cloying Finish is rich spice fruit and medium! Enjoyable dram and look forward to trying more from this relatively local distillery!
