Bourbon — Kentucky, USA

Starts off as a typical wild turkey profile than finishes with a slight smoky flavor to it. Very enjoyable.
It has a slight spice to it which I enjoy and feels a little bit like butter in the mouth. I wish it wasn’t $40 and more along the $30. it’s a great easy to drink every night sipper in the $30 ball park but at $40 it’s a stretch.
If someone put Russell’s reserve 10 year and this in front of me I’d choose Russell’s. Both are great bourbons but Russell’s is giving me a better value.
