Incredible in an old fashioned. Simply the best I’ve had. The spiciness works so well. I would recommend using angostura and Demerara + an orange peel. Don’t cut with any water. Avoid processed sugar, muddled cherries, sweeter bitters, or anything else that adds too much sweetness, and instead let the spiciness drive. It’s really something special. Unfortunately, I now have trouble enjoying old fashioneds made with other whiskies.
