Nose: Cherry, cinnamon, oak, red apple, vanilla, grass, Taste: Licorice, red apple, brown sugar, oak, caramel, corn dust / sweetness, black pepper, sage, rosemary, candy corn Really smooth but leaves almost no finish. Definitely have to water it down to get some of the flavors going. It is for sure high quality and represents the price, but it does feel somewhat lacking as the flavors are more hidden and nuanced rather than a big hitting bourbon like Eagle Rare or similar. Would not recommend for the novice drinker.
