Honestly, not what I expected for a bottle at this price range. I was told i may have gotten a bad bottle. Will try another barrel to see if flavor profile changes.

@BourbonFlavoredMopar I’m just glad I got the good bottle first and the so-so bottle second.
@BDanner I'm not necessarily going to give up on Blanton's, but definitely not impressed.
My first bottle was one of the best whiskies I've ever had. My second bottle was "eh".
For $60-70, i would be very hard pressed to buy it again. Ill just wait until one of my friends cracks open one of theirs for a true taste.
To be honest it's one of the more overhyped bottles out there. I like it better than you, but I certainly don't view it as special at the now almost $70 it goes for!
