Opening the bottle a huge cloud of smoke came out thought maybe a genie came out of there! Very smoke ash gunpowder nose some sweetness. Taste of peat charred oak wood barrels and salt but ends sweet which made it a pleasant experience as I usually don’t like peat. Hard to place the sweet flavour but with a little water it was caramel and a lot smoother
