At 120 proof this spicy bourbon brings the heat, Wow! but vanilla and a touch of sweetness put out the fire. The dark amber coloring and maple aroma are notible. Full and rich flavors are more enjoyable with a lil’ water. IMO-better than Booker’s which is about same proof but more $.
