Teeling Small Batch Irish Whiskey
Blended — Ireland

To continue my review on the Irish Whisky bandwagon. While I have yet to pull the trigger on say a Redbreast or yellow spot/green spot, which I’m sure are in a class of their own, this is a nice easy drinking pleasant whisky. It’s fairly straightforward and not incredibly complex, but what what it does it does well. What I really like is the creamy mouth coating sweet spice I get on the palate. The finish is shorter than I’d like but for sure this is a good whisky to enjoy.

@PBMichiganWolverine I have not read anything en-masse as it’s still relatively new and on the higher end of the Irish Whiskey price scale. The few reviews here seem to reveal it as fruity and sweet. For now, a bookend aged whiskey where Green is 10, Yellow the 12 and the Red the 15 year. Price will be about $130 USD.
@Scott_E I’ll have to get all the spots.
@Scott_E it’s now out for a while in the UK market —have you read any reviews on it? Wondering if it’s any good or all hype
You will soon have to add Red Spot to the list of Spotted whiskies (15 year old)
