Produced at Teeling Whiskey Distillery in Dublin, the first new distillery in the city in over 125 years when it opened in 2015, Small Batch is a blended Irish whiskey combining grain and malt whiskeys in a 3:1 ratio. Both are initially matured in ex-bourbon barrels before being married and placed into Central American rum casks for up to 12 months.

Tasting Notes
"The nose is aromatic and filled with creamed corn, honey, and gentle, ever so slight, notes of banana cream and coconut flakes. Moving on to the taste profile, the tropical notes fall by the way side and presents a creamy and slightly slick whiskey with barrel spices, lemon, and more honey. The proof helps to wrap up the dram in a tidy bow and you are left with a pleasant warm finish."
