Unusual gin for surprising cocktails. 2023, Important to note: even kept in a dark cool liquor closet, the beautiful color of this gin faded to a light clear grey color after 2 years. So don't save it! Still tastes ok, but... I'm dropping my rating from 4.25 to 3.75.
