The nose is rich and warm of baking spices, apple crisp and vanilla ice cream. The baking spices are more pronounced on the palate with the cinnamon coming strongly forward. The oat, apple crisp and vanilla ice cream come together beautifully to balance the spices. The finish is long and spicy with lingering cinnamon and baked apple sweetness. Wonderful.
