The nose is well balanced with vanilla, caramel, cinnamon, cherry and sweet cereal. Spices subtlety build up as it breathes, and comes to a very creamy and spices nose overall.
The palate is spicy at first, covering the mouth with cinnamon, baking spices and black pepper at first. Oak dryness follows, with vanilla, cooked brown sugar and cherry in the background. It is unmistakable with every sip what it is with the dry and creamy oak being unmistakable.
The finish is long with lingering cinnamon with cinnamon and vanilla that fades and fades with caramel underneath with a unique oakiness holding it together.
