The nose is wonderfully balanced of peat, smoke, dried fruit, sea salt and some vanilla. The palate is smoky but not overwhelming, followed by cinnamon, creamy toffee, dried fruit sweetness and oak. The finish is medium long with fading peat, smoke, leather and toffee.
