This is a wonderfully complex whiskey. On the nose there is baking notes with dough, vanilla, and caramel. The palate is amazing complex with a sharp black pepper spiciness at the beginning which turns into a strong vanilla and sweet flavour. The finish is also rich with vanilla and tastes herbal.
