Strong kettle-corn nose that definitely follows through in the flavor. Very sweet but not over the top. Body is light and extremely smooth, especially considering the slightly-elevated proof. I really enjoyed this; in my opinion it’s just a a bit too expensive though as the price puts it in direct line with many more complex and edgy bourbons.
