Nose: a lot of vanilla. Some notes of fruit (possibly orange peal, but also notice a crisp apple to it). Some hints of honey. Taste: slightly abrasive to start and for the finish (could be from the minor smokiness). Let’s you know it’s alcohol, but not in a negative way at all. Very sweet again. Floral and vanilla bean. Overall a complex flavor that keeps you guessing what just touched your tongue.
