Nose: Salt sea, brine, estuary Matesers (chocolate and malt) Peppermint Light malt Soft puff of smoke (aromatic smoke like applewood) Orange blossom Ripe Green apple Palate: Juicy then dry Vanilla Stevia (bittersweet herbal) White wine Unripe fruit dryness Finish: Long sweet and dry finish Malt and peppermint. Very clean.
