Barrel 14-556, Prav Saraff barrel pick. Caramel and fruit on the nose. Smooth on the palate. Big Red gum. Cinnamon lingers. Light flavors. Very few young notes. 3/7/19

@whiskey_whisky_Interesting! Good Intel! I have been enjoying some of the new boys out of North TX and we have some half decent Single Malts out here in AZ (Del Bac in particular). I don't mind the whole sweet corn note if there is more to it. Some these new ones are just all sweet corn and I am out on that!
@dubz480 I was really down on Wilderness Trail (tasted very young), I'd take these NR single barrels over WT all day. But that's just me.
@whiskey_whisky_ good to hear. They still have no distro out West, but folks seem to be really high on them and Wilderness Trail
@dubz480 Single Barrels can vary, obviously, but I'd say this was solid, not underwhelming at all. Especially for 4-year old juice. Future looks good for them.
Interesting. I have heard a ton of hype of this one. Seems like it's a little underwhelming?
