nose: hints of peat, sea, iodine, burnt sugar. palate: honey, smoke, salt, ending in oak finish: medium length, seaweed and peat with hints of sweetness. drop of water: burnt sugar comes out on nose more peat. palate is more medicinal. sweeter finish.
