Nose: honey, oak,and some cinnamon too. I got red apples after going back to it along with Taste: blast of sweet vanilla, brown sugar, and Carmel. I can see where some get a ripe banana and red apple flavor but it’s not as strong and the others. There is some cinnamon mid way with a strong oaky finish that hangs in there long after it goes down. All around dynamite bourbon that has everything that makes a good bourbon to me.
