My first tastes were a little rough but it smoothed out as it progressed. The bourbon tastes as though it got drug through an orchard, tons of fruit flavors like apples and cherries. Spice brings in some heat and really rounds out an excellent bourbon. I would put this on the shelf any time I could find it.
