I like wheat beers so I figured I’d give wheat whiskey a shot (no pun intended). You can definitely smell the wheat element in this. Dark fruity sweet flavor, with a creamy kind of mouthfeel. It’s way different than any other whiskey I’ve had thus far and I didn’t entirely like it all that much when I started this glass, but upon finishing it I’ve decided I like it. A lot.
