Starts out light, smooth, and sweet. Then some heat kicks in and the sweeter flavors change to spices and clove. That transition is not smooth and the flavors clash, which is why I think this one seems so disjointed. It's not bad but I don't know if it's all that good either. Adding water seems to push it further in the direction of clove oil (and not in a good way).
