On the nose lots of vanilla, honey, and wood notes. Which leads to a very drinkable bourbon. Taste a lot of sweetness that you find in cinnamon with some Barrel punch to it. Overall a great bourbon with a good amount of complexity and very easy drinking. This one is done very well and definitely would buy another. However on that note I do think it is a little bit expensive at around $40 USD. For that price you can find bourbons such as Four Roses Single Barrel, Knob Creek Single Barrel, Wild Turkey Rarebreed, and a few more that I think have more to offer in the sense of complexity and higher proofs. But if you’re not into Barrel proof bourbons then you will be very pleased with this bottle!
