Still developing my nose and palate with bourbon, so I can’t really pick out much. I can say I smell sweet corn and toasted marshmallow. I can also say there’s a definite vanilla note and bit of spice in the taste. Beyond that it just tastes like a good bourbon. I’ve read a lot of mixed reviews on this, personally I love it.
