flowers and apple juice on the nose, with some citrus and honey. Palate has more citrus and lots of brine. End with salty honey sweetness, and green apple. As I sit with it, I get more pear, and dry white wine.
And--a fellow user posted Graham Cracker as their tasting note in the aftertaste. Now I can't get it out of my head--I totally get it. The malt sweetness and saltiness comes together to taste like Graham cracker.
