Older bottle, 43%, in the tube. This is awesome and $30-35 a bottle. Full, rich, brine, and tang, then warming citrus. The sweet is apple, salted cookie is evident, light nutty flavors. Salty undertones let you know it's a coastal distillery. It's what Jefferson was trying to achieve with the "at sea" barrels, but didn't. You could tell me it's double the price and I'd believe you. The newer, 40%, sold in a box is much lighter in color and much less flavor. I put them side by side and couldn't believe the color difference. Not worth paying more than $40 for the newer stuff.
