Revisited 5.29.21 Sweeter, more well-balanced and more caramely than I remember. Still very dry, and on the edge of bitter on the Finish. Salted peanuts in there, and plenty of oak. Not my favorite, but I would bump it up to 3.5 this one is all spicy all over. Woody notes on the nose with some cinnamon. light roasted coffee. and some fruitiness warm spice front with black pepper some light caramel mid. hints of eucalyptus with toased barrel on finish. warm throughout.
