Excellent! The distiller description is accurate. This was the perfect compliment to my dessert of 7-layer coconut cake with pineapple ice cream and passion fruit coulis. I was willing to pay $23 for a pour in a restaurant because in PA, this is available only by special order, and I had a $25 coupon for dinner.
