Neat. Amazing nose. Oak. Vanilla. Cherry. Pepper. Baking spice. Initial taste did not hit me right. I’m going to let it sit and clear my palate. It was all ethanol and grass. Little toasted marshmallow on the end. Going back a few minutes later. A delicious toasted marshmallow on the nose now too. Reminds me of a Woodford Double Oak the more it opens up. Thin, watery texture. Brown sugary initially. Cherry and berries. Vanilla. Wood flavors. Bitter, burnt coffee. First pour disappointed. I had this at a restaurant and thought it was great, this may just need to open up. 1920 is better thus far.
