At the nose a lot of smell can be discovered. At first a bit smoky (not peated) and salty. Then vanilla, fruits (with a big apple smell) cream.
First slip is incredibly sweet and smoky flavours get into the mouth. Medium-full body. Oily and salty of sea algae.
Adding some water drops (not too much because it is already great without and sweet no matter the ABV) helps increase the salty smell at the nose unfortunately we loose the very good fresh cut apple smell.
At the palate it gets more oily (which I personally like) and a bit more fruity.
The smoky taste disappears a bit for a peppery finish.
Not the best whisky I've had but a very good one nevertheless
