New to scotch tasting.... this offering was the best of my brief experience. no real nose smell at first.... just booze. but after swirling glass I got a candy or vanilla smell. it was good. the taste isn't to overwhelming for a rookie. does have a woody taste. no aftertaste to speak of, that was my only criticism. I will be drinking this again.
