Bottle pour, neat, into Glencairn. Nose is delightful, with a balance in heat with pepper, vanilla, caramel. Just really nice. Taste is full of vanilla, caramel, oak, honey. Surprisingly sweet and smooth for the ABV. Really like. 5/26/19
