The nose is heavy on apple, pear, and sour citrus (like a sour orange) followed by tamer notes of vanilla, butterscotch, oak wood, and cream. The sour notes give the scent a "juicy" smell (like an apple juice or orange juice). Also has a small caramel sweetness. The taste has a stronger spice than the nose. The taste still has strong apple/pear fruitiness with a vanilla cinnamon cream added in. Very light oatmeal taste and very light oak wood on taste.

Excellent description. In my notes I just called it "apple", but it is definitely "apple juice" on the nose.
