Binnys 2019 store pick. Comes off very hot out of the bottle but quickly cools off. Once I let it breathe for 5 or so minutes this took a quick turn to vanilla and baking spices. It is still hot but doesn’t drink like it’s 62.5%, and isn’t even close to what the nose lead on at the outset. Coats your mouth on the first sip. Not necessarily an ideal sipper, but damn this is like dessert in a bottle. At this price point I’m not 100% sold, but if I needed something to crack open and came across a store pick again, I think I’d be a buyer.
