Sweet maple, nice rye flavors though. This is s good finished whiskey. Rich. But sweet.

Surprised me how good this was, I did not love 2019. Spicy cherry, long finish. Added some water to open it up, caramel and vanilla, green apple, berries, has much more depth than I recall, it’s definitely got it going on.

Really great, I don’t usually love minty ryes, but this is an exception. Leathery, spicy, banana, and some sweet vanilla icing. Delicious. 131.5 proof.

Gave this the same rating as BRT-01 but felt 01 had the edge. Smells chocolatey and is a bit hotter than 01. Solid pour.

Smoother and more butterscotch than BRT-02. I felt it had a little less heat and was more palatable, little bit of fruit for sure.

By a long shot the funkiest ECBP I’ve ever tasted. Like taking a deep breath in a swampy mossy forest. Leather, spice, dried your mouth, smells like fruit, acetone, and moss.

Initially smells so minty. Eventually mellows out, brown sugar and mint. Palate is apple cider, cinnamon, and a bit of mint. This mellows out very nicely and at MSRP I’d probably grab a bottle

Got one with no batch number, 59.92%. I’m a fan. Nose is a bit ethanol right out the gate but eases up to a sweeter tone. Palate is rye spice, and you can tell it’s some Canadian and some American rye. Finishes with some butterscotch toffee and some light apricot brandy. The flavors work shockingly well for something so all over the place on paper.

Fruity cherry barrels, pretty exceptional, I’m a fan.
