Odor: Lots of spices and herbs. Almost like musty vegetation/earth. A tiny bit of sharpness, not too sweet. Taste: Not much to it if swallowed quickly. Some spiciness at the end. Allowing it to linger at the front of the taste buds gives a minty spice, and the back, an overwhelming dill/earthy taste. Finish: Puckery and tart with some minty spice lingering.
