Setup: neat in a Glencairn rested for 10min. Nose: Toasted Oak and Leather with hints of vanilla underneath. Nothing overpowering. Palate: Pepper and oak upfront. The longer you hold it, the sweeter it gets. Notes of vanilla and syrup pop. Warm going down. Great sip overall.
