Initial nose was typical Jim Beam. After sitting for 10 minutes it revealed hibiscus flower, honey, cloves, spicy rye and peanut shells. The palate is smooth, mild caramel. The finish is medium length a little spicy with a slight bitterness.
This did not age well. Finish became too bitter for me to enjoy. Drain poured the last half.
