There's lots of flavour packed in here, made into an interesting mix of Bourbon and malt styles. It's got the malty texture, cereal sweetness, and bits of brine from the malt, and lots of oak from the more American style. Unique! Some water brought out tons of tabacco and oak bitters for me. Not my favorite malt style, but it's good.
